Beef cattle will be admitted to the grounds on Saturday July 25th before 10 am.
All cattle must remain until completion of judging and under no circumstances may any cattle leave before 5:00 pm even if the judging has been completed unless released by the committee.
No trucks are to be brought to the barn area before 5 pm.
All cattle must have vacated the barn area by 6:00pm.
No Shavings or Saw dust allowed.
All animals MUST be Registered Purebred Canadian, except for animals that are entered in the open cross bred 4-H class.
NO SPLITTING OF COW CALF PAIRS.
EACH BREEDING UNIT IS ALLOWED MAXIMUM 2 ENTRIES PER CLASS UNLESS THEY ARE 4H SHOW ANIMALS, WITH A MAXIMUM OF 10 EXHIBITS EXCLUDING BREEDER’S HERD.

All animals over 6 months of age must have their original registration papers on site. No goat may show in more than one class, except for Championship or special classes. Goats with hard distended udders will be disqualified at the discretion of the judge. Entries are limited animals per exhibitor per section. There is no limit to the numbers of sections entered.
